Need walls and ceilings (inc cornices) painted in all rooms of this unit in Oakleigh East. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, laundry, hallway, kitchen and living room. Some preparation will be required as paint is peeling in spots and a few cracks/torn plaster as well. Just want same/similar colours to existing. No need to paint door frames, window frames or skirting boards. Please quote to include supply of all materials inc. paint. Don't know what it's worth, so ignore $5 budget (Airtasker insists on this field).

I need weatherboards sanded so I can get repainted on a later date. Some have been replaced therefor the news ones will only need a light once over. It is just the older weather boards that are painted white that will need to be sanded / old paint removed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 12 June 2023
