We are replacing the Perspex roof and need to paint the beams/ timber underneath the Perspex prior (so it doesn’t matter if old roof gets paint as it’s being replaced)… can be sprayed.

I need an experienced person to help me sand and paint the front of my Airbnb Home and also need some help with some Plaster Repairs at the home. It is in Montrose at the foot of the Dandenong ranges. I would like someone experienced as I am a plasterer, but I would like some extra help as I’ve just put two new bathrooms in and I would like help with the Plaster work I want some experienced and unsupervised as I am quite busy myself. I can help you with the start of the job, but I have quite a lot of other work to do privately and with this Airtasker platform. I also have some work that may need doing in my home at Doncaster East.

Tiny house with loft needing a final coat of paint on all walls. Open plane areas with loft bedroom/study area, lounge area, kitchen area, walk in ware-rode area & bathroom area. Sand/ Paint weather boards ( a few will be replaced ) to match exisiting and plinth boards white. Sand and paint window white and paint eaves. Understand the window is very old so just hope it can be fixed up as best as it can. Paint included

We have installed a cubby house under an oak tree and its not great quality. We think it needs at least to have the roof painted to give it some protection. Think the walls are ok. Do also need to bog and sand a lot of nail holes etc before painting. 2 coats likely. I will supply materials, paint, paint brush, bog, sandpaper
