Advertised budget is only an estimate. Please submit quotes or contact us to discuss costs. Our property in Molendinar has various signs of age, wear, mould and/or cracked paint, primarily on the ceiling in the living room but also small issues throughout the house. We need: 1. Living room ceiling to be re-sheeted, the walls sanded, and then walls and ceiling painted. 2. Ceiling in bedroom needs surface mould cleaned and potentially painted. 3. Ceiling in bathroom is bubbling. Needs to be sanded and painted (and also inspected for further damage, but we suspect only needs painting).

We recently renovated our small ensuite bathroom, but need the ceiling to be finished off.

4.5m2 ceiling, a wall, door frames and small touch up.

We need to paint the walls and ceiling in the lounge and laundry.

My garage walls (grey Dulux Silkwort) need repainting. Unsure of 1 or 2 coats. Prefer job to be done Mo-Wed day time. Should be an easy job.

Need a wall repainted to a different colour. It's currently dark blue but would like it changed to a coral blossom colour. The wall is quite high over the staircase so a ladder might be required. I've provided photos of the wall + the desired paint colour. You will also need to purchase the paint from Bunnings - Dulux Coral Blossom. Would prefer to have this completed within the next week, thanks 😊 - Due date: Flexible
