We had a ceiling fan installed, however, it was placed by the contractor in the wrong position so we have had the ceiling fan removed but now have a rough patch job on the ceiling that needs to be properly addressed per below: 1. Repair the damage caused. 2. Application of plaster, sanding, primer and paint to colour match. 3. Ensure that the entire floor and room are appropriately covered with drop sheets, and leave clean and tidy after the services.

Clean walls of 2 bedrooms in an apartment NB there is some mould spotting on some of the walls. Experienced cleaners only, will need PPE - gloves glasses mask etc. I did this a couple of months ago, it took approx 2 hours. Mould is very recent, due to high moisture in the air from the rain of recent weeks. Needs a good scrub.

My bedroom is about 20m2, with high ceilings and there’s some light, black mould across the ceiling. Need someone to clean - I don’t mind if it’s vinegar you use, or ExitMould. We have a quality ladder or happy for you bring your own if preferred.
