Also some minor patching / sanding may be needed. - Gates - 2 x garage - 1 x wall outdoors - 1 x bedroom - 1 x new wall section both sides - 6 x wall lights - 2 x sections of glass both sides - 9 x doors - new primed skirting boards - 1 x bulkhead where airconditioner has been repaired - 10 x airconditioning vents - a few small touch ups. Doors can be sprayed in the garage if preferred.

We need our lounge ceiling roof touched up as our daughter threw a sticky hand on the roof and the goo has left a mark and the goo remover has stripped the surrounding paint. Wed also like the inside of the rectangle detail repainted on a cupboard door at the top of the step, as the light reflects the two spots that have been touched up and we think if that panel is repainted it would look better.
