I need some walls erected in my warehouse, along with doors and windows installation. Several plasterboard walls created (15 walls, total length 47m W x 2.4m); contractor to source materials, and invoice me for materials (expected pricing below). Windows (7 total) and doors (10 total) need to be installed in erected walls. I estimate the cost to purchase wall building materials (plasterboard $1800, studs $750, track $390, screws & adhesive $140, 50mm rockwool insulation $7000, jointing & finishing $200).

Another tradie has knocked part of tbe wall out, to check for water penetration. They then applied a rough substance (concrete?) And then water based epoxy over this. I have painted over this previously without success as the rough concrete? patch remains rough underneath the paint I need someone to use filler or something to cover the small rough texture patch on wall, mimicking roller paint texture in room, so that i can later paint over it, hiding the difference in texture. There is also the issue of colour difference however, am not sure if it will show through 2 coats of paint. Bunnings paint department recommended filler and sanding. I have also purchased these products. However, i want the filler to mimic the texture of the rest of the paint in the room (applied with roller). I dont believe i have the skill to achieve this. Need someone to help.
