Finishing stripping a 2.5m x 2.2m garage door including the underside and sides of the edges, (but not the inside) then apply a coat of primer. Responds ok to heatgun, have not tried chemical stripper yet. Mostly the paint comes away easily but some patches are stubborn, leaving a brown residue which needs scraping/scrubbing/sanding away as this job requires the surface to be left clean and free of residue before painting with the primer (primer supplied).
