It’s just two walls and the ceiling of a small room. The ceiling is 2.8x3.2 and the total coverage area for the walls is about 15m2 I have also taken photos (just painting the blue) most of the rendered spots will be tiled. I can also purchase the paint if it makes it easier.

I need a patch of ceiling plastered.

Single wall in bedroom has some mould buildup, likely due to being glued to cinder block wall behind it and cinder block exterior wall not being waterproofed. Need: exterior wall waterproofed + interior bedroom wall gyprock patched/painted. Section of wall (both exterior and interior) is approx 3.3 metre wide x standard height wall.

Bedrooms roughly 4x4, 3x3 and living room roughly 6x4 need replastering. Just moved in and there are some cracks and bad paint jobs and unevenness through out the house . A lot of rooms have doors , built in wardrobes and exposed brick which won’t need doing. We tried to remove some picsture hooks and all the plaster fell away so don’t know if it’s a total Re-do job or can be fixed otherwise . Happy to get advise .

Prepare and paint 4 timber wardrobe doors, 1 bedroom door, a mantelpiece , french doors and all cornices and skirting boards. Undercoat and paint supplied. 1. Bedroom 3.5 x 3.5m: remove wallpaper from upper half of walls. Patch and paint upper half of walls. Lower half of walls is painted timber lining boards in good condition which also require repainting. Fireplace wall in bedroom also needs painting, but some paint needs removing and patching needed on that wall as slight moisture damage through render/bricks. 2. Two chimneys above roof line require painting after loose paint removed. They are easily reached by a long ladder as they are on the outer wall along the driveway. - Due date: Flexible
