Sand back the wood to its natural colour around the house and paint with a wood protector such as Cutek - see pics. Not large areas, the garage door is the biggest. Total of 5 sections - 4 ground level and one upper level. Note there are grooves in the woodwork so not completely flat surfaces.

Significant crack developed in garage ceiling dry plaster. Crack measures approximately 1 meter in length. Affected area surrounding is now sloped in towards the crack. Affected area measures approximately 1.2m x 2m. Looking to have cracked plaster removed, ceiling area inspected, plasterboard replaced, and ceiling repainted to similar original colour. - Due date: Before Monday, 6 June 2022
