Paint ceiling and half walls in newly renovated bathroom

We have an alfresco that is 6 x 4 metres approximately. It has timber battens underneath and the frame above needs holes filling and the beams painted. Must have own equipment to work on top of alfresco as no access from underneath. See pics for reference. 12 beams that run the 4m. And then holes at each batten on each side. Must be experienced and not cause any damage or paint to drip onto battens. We have the paint, just need putty, drop sheets and equipment to access and paint over top of alfresco.

Walls to have insulation ,then panels, also floor and ceiling will need sealing

Wall hangers that use stickers have torn paint off the wall (see photos). Need the scuffs re painted to look normal please!

BUDGET IS JUST A PLACEHOLDER - SEEKING QUOTES I have a small outdoor shed that I’m converting to an office (2x8m long, 1.3m wide, 2.1m high) and am looking for a plasterer to plaster the walls and ceiling for me. I have installed the plasterboards but it’s very much a DIY job with quite a few holes and gaps. I am looking for someone to make the walls ‘paint ready’ with square corners and no visible joins. Would also prefer to pay cash if possible.

While removing carpets it was noticed humidity and black mould under in 2 bedrooms. We need the mould treated and infiltration investigated.
