Walls and ceiling in study to be painted, approx 4.5 x 3.5m room. Walls also need to be prepped including sanding / filling holes. Paint is supplied, but need to bring your own brushes etc.

Recently done jarrah floor sanding & polish and so there is a thick layer of dust on the walls, including some construction dust from kitchen ceiling replacement. Cleaner needs to wear the correct PPE, remove dust from walls, trims, windows, doors and cabinetry. Need to also mop the floors. Recommend wet cleaning to ensure dust doesn’t fly. Walls are a water based paint.
