I have a two bedroom double story townhouse which is currently vacant which needs to be painted (walls, ceilings, and window frames). While I don’t have any photos, it’s a rental property that has recently been vacated and I have removed the blinds and there is no furniture in the unit so it should be fairly straight forward. I am not sure what the cost would be so I’m starting the budget low until I get some offers so I know what this type of work costs.

Roof leaked at some stage, guessing we have some mould, so removal required. Area is approximately 2m x 1m. Please quote.

Paint 4 rooms, each 2.9m x 2.9m and one is 3.9m x 3.3m, lounge 3.9m x 2.7m, dining 2.8m x 2.8m and kitchen standard size. Hallway too 8m long.

Approximate dimensions: Room 1: 900mm x 840mm Room 2: 670mm x 470mm Plus 3 x small (electrical switches removed) Room 3 (laundry): 1060mm x 600mm Plus 1070mm x 1500mm (roughed in taps to plaster around) Room 4: 1000mm x 660mm Room 5 (pantry lining): 2 panels 1330mm x 500mm and 1 panel 1330mm x 700mm Room 6: one small approx 100mm round hole in ceiling Query what to do about patch which is still intact but the paper surface layer of the plaster is all torn (see photo) - can this be smoothed out for painting or should it be replaced too? Please let me know your availability with your offer too. We’re hoping for sooner the better so we can start painting. Need someone who can paint skirting boards (already installed and however carpet installation is pending). We painted one coat (DIY) but didn't get desired finish. Please see photos of room.
