Needing to paint the whole interior of a 2bed townhouse, recently purchased. PROPERTY WILL BE COMPLETELY EMPTY: NO FURNITURE TO BE MOVED AROUND The property is in need of a fresh coat of paint. Details below and floor plan and photos attached. Ceiling height 2400mm. All Ceilings ( kitchen ceiling touch up one coat stainkiller oil base as there is some dirt) - Dulux Vivid White - ceiling flat - All ceilings are currently white All Walls - Dulux Vivid White - Wash N Wear - all ceilings are currently white, with the exception of the basement which is yellow and quite dirty All internal doors (6): - Dulux Flat White - 3 doors are currently dark brown, 2 are currently white All window trims, doors trims, handrails and skirting: - Dulux Vivid White - all the above is currently white Staircase 1 (risers and treads) - Paint Sage Green - paint must be suitable for foot traffic - Currently bare MDF - will need to be cleaned (and prepped) Stairacse 2 (risers and treads) - Paint Sage Green - paint must be suitable for foot traffic - Currently it's a concrete staircase painted in medium grey Storage room floor - Paint Sage Green - paint must be suitable for foot traffic - Currently it's a concrete floor painted in red/brown Ideally we need the job done between 17/09 - 23/09, but we have some flexibility to push it forward by 1 week. - Due date: Flexible

Need a few patch ups done with the walls and paint this weekend. Photos attached. Need some help with possible paint selections, 2 colours grey and white. Not a big job , but just need some love and attention to detail. Price is just for labour, need it down this weekend please - Due date: Before Saturday, 28 January 2023
