Microsoft OneDrive file cleanup. Archive/ delete old files, structure already in place

New to setup share drive for computer and one drive .

I have 2 work computers that share a large excel file remotely. Having sycing issues. Need in person assistance.

I cannot use my outlook or save files because there is no storage space.

Need someone to help setup Office 365 One drive Etc all my work computer for the store and home can share only work data As if I use my login for Microsoft everything comes Plus need so sync Google Chrome etc

one drive has taken over my computer, or so it seems. my lightroom images cant be found. i would like someone to come to my address and restrict one drive to securing my emails and documents and leave my photographs and lightroom adjustments alone. my photographs and lightroom adjustments need to be synced.

Hi, I’ve recently switched from Microsoft 365 Personal to Microsoft 365 Business Standard and need help finalising the setup. 1.5 - 2 hrs of work in person @home office, Hamilton Hill, WA Issue 1 (main problem): I have two licences (one for me, one for my husband). My apps are working correctly on my MacBook, but on my husband’s MacBook the Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, etc.) won’t activate. Apps install successfully Sign-in/activation is not working properly Reinstalling hasn’t fixed it Issue 2: I’d like my OneDrive checked to make sure it’s set up and syncing correctly under the Business account. What I need: Diagnose and fix the activation/sign-in issue on macOS Ensure both licences are correctly configured in Microsoft 365 Confirm apps open and work normally on both devices Quick check that OneDrive is set up properly Setup: 2 x MacBooks Microsoft 365 Business Standard (2 users) Admin access available I’m a sole trader who recently set up a company, so just want to make sure everything is configured correctly moving forward. I am trying to sort out photos on One Drive into categories however, once I put them into folder categories they appear back in main photos. HELP

When I changed to Windows 11 the system changed the file structure and no longer duplicates both locally and to one drive and there are other complications and it’s a bit slow. I need some help to sort this out without losing files. I think this needs somebody to sit with me and talk through the issues and solutions
