PART- TIME 4 WEEKS ROLE: Personal Assistant / Bookkeeping Support (Xero & Excel) I’m looking for a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills to support my day-to-day business operations and to do jobs my new account needs. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using Xero and Excel, understands bookkeeping processes inside out, and can liaise professionally with my accountant to keep everything accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain bookkeeping records using Xero Prepare, organise, and update financial documents Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy Communicate directly with my accountant as needed Assist with document preparation, filing, and compliance Provide general PA support related to finances and admin Essential Skills & Experience Excellent working knowledge of Xero Strong Excel skills (formulas, tracking, reporting) Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles High attention to detail and accuracy Clear, professional communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have Previous experience working with accountants Experience supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs BAS or payroll experience (a bonus, not essential) What I’m Looking For Someone proactive, trustworthy, and organised who takes ownership of keeping financial records clean and current.
