2020 MACBOOK AIR 13 INCH Screen is basically fully busted all black and colours

Hi, I’m looking for a quote for data recovery only from an M2 MacBook Air. It had liquid damage and the screen, keyboard and trackpad no longer work, although it still makes a startup sound. I don’t need the Mac repaired — I only want to recover my documents, especially my pastry recipes/work files, and transfer them to an external drive. What would be the cheapest option for this? On his laptop I am the parent . Without my permission he can’t download any apps in his laptop. He is now too my addiction on Discord, YouTube, Minecraft game and school team.
