landscaping required..approx 90sqr mtr of topsoil and 70sq mtr of turf to be laid..the area has been levelled . As you can see from diagram there are 2 areas that will be ground height garden beds also approx 20 pavers to be laid.. there is rear access however a there is a wide 90degree turn at the entrance..there is also side driveway access . the area has weeds growing on it ATM so that will have to be taken care of as well

Approx 25m2 of pavers to be removed and relaid in a courtyard. There is some movement to the existing pavers from adjacent tree roots which requires attention before the new pavers are laid.
