Hello, I'd love to get rid of the grass situation at my townhouse (we share a common driveway in front of the front yard grass). I'm open to advice, but what I'm thinking to simplify my yard is: - concreted front yard so I can park my car (gas meter to be careful of, and some mounts of rock/sand/underlay(?) in the way) - paved backyard around the decking and toward the gate + the corner (which is currently just rocks) Not sure how long this job could take, but open to quotes and understanding what this may involve (incl. if you can only do parts of the request or the entire request). I have three retaining wall posts that i need to remove about 150mm from the top of. The posts are 150UC sections.

Im needing current retaining walls demolished and new ones built. Wanting concrete sleepers with metal sleeper channels. 20 meteres in total length. 1 meter high for 12 mtrs and stepping down for other 8mtrs. Excavator will be needed. Drainage needs to be added behind retaining walls with Ag pipe to a sump at front of carport as per sketch and a slot drain across front of carport, to tie into existing storm water drain. The pile of soil is there, use my shovel and put soil into a wheel barow provided, and dump the soil into the inground spa that I want to cover with soil.
