Landscaping backyard artificial turf & stone

I am after reasonable quotes for my front landscape make-over. Please note this is not a big make-over and you don't have to flip everything to give a different look. The task will involve re-using existing elements like pebbles, pavers plus adding artificial turf at some places to give it a new look. So, you are expected to have the patience to understand my requirements and deliver expected results. Attached pics show existing layout and this is what I have in my mind: (Note: Have to be careful to not cause any damage to the deck) 1. Fill up existing mulch portion, behind the deck area, with some rocks (exisitng rocks to be re-used) 2. Install one layer of artificial grass around the planter boxes (New). Check and Fix planter boxes if required. 3. Fill up remaining area around the turf with rocks (existing rocks to be re-used) 4. Pavers and pebbles on the side. 5. Fix sleepers (some are wobbly) Material availability: Weedmats, pebbles, pavers are available. Amount quoted is for your effort only. Will pay for Synthetic turf (extra). (Amount quoted is slightly negotiable, can be discussed and adjusted if I'm convinced) Should be able to finish within 5 days. I am looking for someone who is skilled/experienced and has all tools, equipment with decent communication. Inspections and other suggestions are welcome.
