Not included: * Ceilings. * Skirting boards. * Architraves. Details: * Walls and surfaces are in good condition. * Furniture can be moved to the centre of the rooms. * I will supply the paint. * Photos attached. I need some landscaping completed in a small backyard 3.4mx 2.2m including removing bark / mulch / top clay leveling backyard, installing a sprinkler system adding soil and laying instant turf extending pavers for the walkway to the garage door (2nd picture)

Move approx 6 cubic meters of soil from front yard to back yard. Flat surface with easy access. Soil is mounded in two heaps in front yard. - Due date: Flexible

Remove current brick edging Lay garden edging (supplied and part way laid) Remove weeds/grass from garden bed Level soil for reseeding (part way complete) Plant half dozen lilly pillies and fill garden bed with mulch (will be ordered) I was part way through this and injured my back so I have been unable to complete it. - Due date: Flexible

Clear and level front yard. This will involve removing soil, concrete and disposing of it. Approximately 12m x 3m. Suited to someone with machinery. - Due date: Flexible

Removing leftover crushed rock
