I am looking for some landscaping for the front yard of my property in Kensington. Pictures of the property are attached. After some building works, the lawn and shrubs have died so looking for turf to be laid, new shrubs planted, stones around perimeter replaced and other works. Negotiable on price (which is for labour only) with all materials to be provided by the tasker and reimbursed at cost.

We have hose leaks on both our drip line and lawn pop up systems. We also had a system flow reducer put on our mains that we want removed.

Kensington location. Free parking right by the job. Need a citrus stump cut out as close to ground level as possible. Dirt already dug out to allow easy access for saw. Tried electric saw from Bunnings - useless. Literally a 15 minute job. We will dispose of stump.

We need someone to fix our fence that has become detached from our balcony wall and pulling down our ac lines. This fence bridges the boundary between 3 properties and is leaning. We at least need the fence secured on the side that has detached but would also want the fence reinforced if possible. The other side is the neighbour's property which we can arrange access to.
