You will need to bring wheelbarrow/s, use a small ramp to get over the bottom of the sliding door, and have a trailer or small truck to take the soil to the tip. 2. There is a pile of clay which needs to be wheeled through the house and taken to the tip. This work will be easier after the soil above is spread and the level of the back yard rises There will not be trades on site on Anzac Day. We will additionally pay $60 for the tip fee

Create two flat levels on slightly sloping backyard, separated by a retaining wall. Lay instant turf on top level and gravel on bottom level. Also need a few stumps removed.
