Wardrobe rod has come away under the load. Maybe timber beam needed to cover length and rod attach to timber rather directly onto plaster. Looks as though it was originally screwed into plaster. The rod measure approximately 4m.

1. Faulty screen / sliding door Unable to open the door, it appears that the rollers or something else at the bottom track is broken or stuck. Unsure if the lock works either. 2. Outside garden door This is a fairly heavy door which was mounted to the wooden fence with a few thin nails. Based on the size and weight of the door I think this caused the problem and resulted in the door coming off. It needs to be remounted to the fence with the appropriate size, strength, number of screws. Budget I am unfamiliar with the typical prices for this type of work hence I am reviewing quotes. . I assume you will charge for time, labour and materials? Have put in a budget of $200 for the sake of completing the form but will be guided by your feedback and quote.

Opening and closing the cavity door in a game has taken it off hinges or something because it won't close fully now (goes half way and gets stuck). Clothes dryer also needs to be hung. I don't have the bracket or anything so you would need to supply. Westleigh location (not on train line).
