The knob appears loose/misaligned and the latch isn’t engaging properly, so the door won’t open. We need this fixed ASAP. Scope of work: Open the jammed door without causing damage (as much as possible) Repair or replace the door knob mechanism Ensure the door opens/closes and latches properly It’s a standard internal wooden door with a round knob. I have a wire for my clothesline. I need a handyman who can bring tools and rewire the clothesline.

I need one toilet seat installed and 3 bidet spray sets installed into 3 toilets. I have the new toilet seat and bidet kits.

I have 2 motorised apolo blinds. 1 blind appears to be stuck and wont go down. I think it may have rolled up incorrectly with slack on roller. I can hear the motor clicking to engage it when using the remote. The blind is super tight and i cant move it.

Dryer model DE7060G2 if you need to check the specs. Pros only, please don't waste my time and yours if you have no idea what exact type of screw to use and how to fill the gap between the screw and the tile hole.

My Roof Entry Way Facia is currently wood. I need this to be replaced as the current is rotting. The replacement needs to be Colourbond and of the same colour as the original wood. Materials can be quoted seperate, but no gap is allowed

Have 6 windows with double aluminum curtain rails for installation. Just find the stud on the top and fix it in, nothing fancy.

Water runs even when closing the cold water tap fully. - Replace washers and valves on 1 x hot water tap and 1 x cold water tap En-suite bathroom - Water is dripping into the cabinet below the basin when running the hot water tap. Please quote your total cost including time/labor/call-out and materials.
