To repair and put the holder of the Caroma Urbane 11 shower rail holder back into the main rail which has come unattached and fallen off . This is not the rail that’s come out from the wall it’s the small Holder that you place the hand rail to sit in.

Remove existing property address sign. Push garden boxes out of the way. Install new property address sign with drilling holes to match mark the sign bolt holes, then take it back down. Paint the wooden fence. Once it dries, I will put the new sign back in place. I will provide the fence paint, roller, newspaper for ground and painting tools. I will also provide the new sign and mounting bolts and a drawing showing the bolting arrangement. If the person doing the task however can please provide a drill for drillling 8mm holes for the sign bolts, 75mm deep. The fence is roughly 4m2 for painting purposes. I estimate 2 hrs at $100 per hour. I will be available to help hold the sign for match drilling.

The silicone in the shower and under mounted kitchen sink needs to be replaced.
