I’m looking for someone to install new wall mounted shelving in my apartment. All fixings supplied, as well as an instruction booklet. The shelving system is fairly simple – two railings, with four screws / fixings each. Then the shelves are added in easily. My wall is plasterboard, with masonry / concrete block behind it. To create the space for the fixings that hold the shelf up, you’ll need to drill through the plasterboard and drill out some space with a masonry bit (see image instructions). I'm looking for someone with attention to detail to ensure the system is well installed. Thanks! a VITSOE floating wall shelving system - all the parts are included - including the design plan from the company. I need someone to install the tracking system on my wall. Apparently the shelving system will then just slide and click into place on the tracks/rails. I have included a picture of the plan that the company made for me. I also include a note they made.

We are getting ready to put our unit into the Air BnB market and have a list of jobs that must be done including secure a side table to a wall, refix a leg to a sideboard, attach something to a shelf to stop a microwave sliding forward, fix a sliding glass door lock, replace a small panel above a microwave cabinet, paint one door, add a lock to a cupboard for storage, replace one mirror door in bathroom. We also need some taps replaced but may need a plumber to do this one.

My mum is selling her apartment in West End. To get it ready for sale there are a few odd jobs required. There are 2 x small patches of carpet that need replacing as her cat has scratched at it. We have a big roll of carpet ready. There are cracks coming from the windowsills in 2 x bedrooms. These need to be patched and painted. I have two flatpack cabinets/units to assemble. The three door mirror cabinet needs to be mounted to the wall. The other one is freestanding. I also need a large melamine shelf installed in the laundry.

Blind stuck and not retracting. Somfy brand remote. Tried factory reset and worked for a short time but now factory reset not doing anything. If quick repair not possible, then removal to stop it being affected by wind would be acceptable then I can fix it later.

Remove existing property address sign. Push garden boxes out of the way. Install new property address sign with drilling holes to match mark the sign bolt holes, then take it back down. Paint the wooden fence. Once it dries, I will put the new sign back in place. I will provide the fence paint, roller, newspaper for ground and painting tools. I will also provide the new sign and mounting bolts and a drawing showing the bolting arrangement. If the person doing the task however can please provide a drill for drillling 8mm holes for the sign bolts, 75mm deep. The fence is roughly 4m2 for painting purposes. I estimate 2 hrs at $100 per hour. I will be available to help hold the sign for match drilling.

The silicone in the shower and under mounted kitchen sink needs to be replaced.
