Find an experienced handyman in Stirling WA

Samsung ducted air conditioner intermittently shows error code E302 and sometimes fails to start. Occasionally it starts normally. I need a qualified technician to inspect the system and carry out repairs if required.

I need a plumber to remove the 3 old toilet (the whole toilet bowl and cistern), and install new ones. No need to tiling or construction work just toilet seat replacement.

They’re not closing or opening properly and it seems they need rerolling and some wd40 maybe? I don’t have the tools or a ladder to do the job.

I need someone to install a picture frame above the staircase as the height is too high and I cannot hang it on the wall myself . Paiting is very very light in weight but the height is too high about 4.5 meters from floor

wall was (originally) double brick. 1 layer has collapsed. wall is approx 11m long and 1m high. is going to be paid by insurance so is a guaranteed job would like a physical visit to view and quote

Unsure how this happened, its a lamp that got returned from the nursing home after my mum passed and thought id see if this can be fixed? Seems like the whole fitting needs replaced..is this possible and approx how much might this cost?

All old doors are already off but old hinges still on the wall and able to use. New doors are all wooden and hollow. They haven’t been painted yet but I will do that myself. I will also install the handles myself.

Fix the gap between the ceiling and the wall

Today between 10am - 2.30pm please. Please see pictures. We have an IKEA 4 door Besta cupboard installed already, however I can’t seem to align the hinges correctly. The 4 doors don’t sit straight and appear to overlap one another. We haven’t installed the push opener yet. I’m looking for someone to help correctly install the door hinges and the push opener so that the door is straight and opens smoothly. I am located in Stirling. I have some tools but if you have your own that would be amazing (just in case I don't have the correct ones). Please ask for any more information. Thank you.
