Bathroom door is too small for the opening, so need a new one fitted, primed and painted. • Front door – replace old weather strip, fit a new lock/handle, and fix draft, open to suggestions (hinge tweak etc.) and/or full refurb of front door. • Deck fencing – repair or install new wire balustrade along approx. 6 metres of fencing. • Dining booth/shelving custom build – want to build a curved bench seat and shelving in dining area. The automatic sliding gate at my property keeps jamming up intermittently. I've been regularly cleaning the tracks and lubricating the wheels underneath, but the issue keeps returning. I need a professional to inspect and repair the gate to ensure it opens and closes smoothly without getting stuck. Treadmill making a grinding noise and belt is slipping

Have 2 areas requiring work on shade cloth, one area 1.8m x 2.2m just requires some refixing, edges of shade cloth, easy access. Area 2 is 1.8m x 4.1m requires old shade cloth to be removed and new shade cloth installed, easy access, pergola frame is same height as house facia, maximum height just over 2 metres, work can be completed ground level using ladders and plank. All parts are provided, already purchased, shade cloth and fixings.
