Looking for a certified electrician to complete the following in an apartment: - replace x2 bedroom lights with light/ceiling fan combo - replace x3 track lights in kitchen/living and x2 wall lights in living - provide and change covers only of x2 PowerPoints. I still need to purchase the light fittings and fans but am looking for a quote at this stage.

The pole needs to be inserted into the dirt patch (seen in photos) as per instructions (also in photo) and affix letter box to pole with screws (nuts and bolts provided). concrete also must be supplied. $100 is all inclusive (nothing more to pay).

Door always come off the rail, guess the wheels are broken

The strings/cords of my window blind have been pulled all the way back inside the top rail and are no longer accessible or functional. I need someone experienced with blind/curtain repairs to: - Open the top rail mechanism - Retrieve the cords - Restring/replace them if needed - Reassemble and ensure the blind opens, closes, and the cords work smoothly The blind is mounted above a window and the cord mechanism is fully inside the housing (see photos). Currently, every time we use the shower water leaks either through or underneath the shower. Would like someone to come and repair as cost effectively as possible as we intend to do a bathroom renovation mid-late 2026.

Kitchen Pantry door needs realigning

Need to install access panel where this water has leaked through the ceiling and also need to drill a hole in the access panel to put the light back

Supply and install an L shape shower screen piece (see photo) and re-install existing glass shower door. The existing glass is 10mm toughened glass. Wall channel and bracket to affix glass to wall already exist and in good order. Hinges for door still new and can be reused. The L shape piece of glass shattered, hence why I need to replace. Would need to come out and measure first... however I have provided close approximate measurements in the photo. The existing door to be re-installed is approx. 700mm wide by 2260 high. Thanks

There is an existing vent on the outside wall. I need to move that down so that it lines up with the inside kitchen cupboard and run the exhaust fan hose through the cabinet and through the wall to the outside. So it's about 4 bricks to be removed, punch a hole through the kitchen cabinet and inside wall, run the exhaust fan through and repair the outside wall above.
