Demolish a short ~70cm of stud wall which currently has sliding door into it (no electrics and not structural) and finish with a simple gyprock return. No painting or skirting board needed. I’ve marked in black the relevant section of wall (on both sides of the wall) and the last image is of an example of the return.

It’s just a small window 50 centimetric by 1.1 met just need it fixed because it’s getting colder

Mechanism of roller blind requires repair. The cord is functioning fine on the pulley system, however the actual blind mechanism and pin will need to be fixed. Currently stuck at the bottom (blind all the way down)

Hi there The middle panel of an exterior bifold door has stopped opening, possibly due to humidity over the weekend. It locks and unlocks from the inside so don't think that's the problem. I think I cracked the wood slightly trying to force it open so reluctant to try again. I am having a lounge delivered on Wednesday and will need this open for access. The price is for a call out and happy to pay $50 cash if you can open it.
