I've just moved into a ground floor apartment and I've noticed that when noise comes through from the foyer, it’s quite loud. Two of my drawers have fallen off their tracks and the other won't close but I am unable to remove it from tracks to see if anything has fallen behind it - so three drawers need repair. Small piece of gyprock needs to be replaced following air con installation

A reformer pilates machine (fitness equipment) received by our customer has a small scratch on wooden side panel. It was in perfect condition prior to leaving our warehouse. Need someone ideally with carpentry or woodwork skills to assess, possibly lightly sand and relaquer timber.
