Screen door • Won't stay/hold open (slider thing at top of screen door doesn't work) • When it shuts it gets stuck on timber step (hinges looks fine) Front door • When it shuts it does not click shut properly and can pop back open • We also want a door handle on front side Back door • Won't click shut, pops back open (currently have to lock it to keep it shut)

Loose toilet seat. I just can't get to the screws.

I have two cupboard latches that keeps coming loose ... I have tried to fix this many times and it comes apart again. I figure I need someone who knows what they are doing.

Hello. Need someone to fix missing parts of sealant in bathroom tiles, including the shower glass to the bath and around the basin. Recently fixed with areas of low quality. Also require the same in the kitchen and a couple holes filled. Please see pictures. Please include cost for effort and any equipment required.

The lower area of our door frame is damaged from water and pet urine. We are hoping this section can be cut out and replaced. We also require the area to be repainted (we have the paint) and recaulked - we need to match this

The cables attaching the sign to the roof has snapped and new ones are at the site just need installing.
