I'm looking for someone to assemble and install a Bunning's DIY fly screen door

I have a Global Giotto Tensioned Awning. The motor has failed and cannot retract the awning. The motor needs to be replaced. I understand the motor is likely an Orea 50/12 or Orea 40/17. The awning is hardwired to a switch in the kitchen ... not remote controlled but OK is this is a better option.

Need a Chippie to 1. Repair and secure the existing vertical railings on balcony 2. Replace handrail with a hardwood handrail painted in Delux Monument 3. Delete  far end handrail and vertical railings and replace with vertical hardwood screen in cheaper wood than Merbau and paint Monument too  - floor to ceiling for privacy from new builds / road 4. Repair and replace any floorboards to make balcony safe

Roof has 2 levels (see photo): first level is easily accessible from bedroom window, but top level access is more difficult (either from first level roof or long ladder from ground floor). Leak is on top level and I suspect is probably a cracked/damaged terracotta tile. I don't have replacement tiles so I’ll need someone who can supply and install the appropriate tile(s) if required. Complete installation of 6mm bolt inside Starlink mounting bracket- will need tools to do this. Hole is drilled and bolt partly installed. With the right tool will take less than 5 mins.

We have an external wooden door that requires repair after being damaged by a dog.

Hi, with the heavy rain, our awning arm has broken. The brand is Windoware. It's a 3 metre long arm and our awning is motorised. I've added some photos of the broken one. I think we will need a new arm, as the broken one, I believe, is beyond repair.

I need to install the following rolling door guide to stabilise a sliding door. The product installation should be simple as it’s just a case of drilling two holes in the brickwork. I don’t have a drill so can’t do so myself.

Need 4-5 nails drilled into walls to allow for picture hanging. Walls are brick. Also- remove this power board that’s been glued to tile- preferable removing any residue please.
