Replace accessible bathroom door • Supply and install a new door (commercial grade) • Install compliant accessible indicator lock and hardware • Existing hydraulic door closer can be reused • Door must swing and latch correctly and meet accessibility requirements 3. Install fire door push bar • Supply and install panic / push bar to existing fire door • Must be compliant with fire egress requirements • Clean, professional install – no shortcuts Important notes: • This is a commercial venue, not residential • Work needs to be done outside trading hours (morning or daytime preferred) • Please include all labour and hardware in your quote • Experience with commercial doors and hardware is essential Photos can be provided on request.
