Blinds have broken the clip that holds it to the wall. Need a new clip and the blinds put back up

Hi there! The light in my ceiling fan has stopped working. I just need someone to help replace the bulb — it’s a standard fan light fitting (photo attached). You may need to remove the cover, check the bulb type (most likely B22 or E27), and replace it. If you can bring a matching bulb, I’ll reimburse you for it.

Replace 6x light bulbs (I have the new bulbs). Ceiling is 4m high and I don’t have a ladder high enough. Put manhole cover back into place. Fix 2x blinds as per pic. I have the main screws that fell out.

I would like a heated towel rack (80w), that we have purchased, installed in our bathroom. It needs to be drilled through tiles. There is accessible earthed power on the other side of the bathroom wall.

The external facia board sits above and L shaped external wrap- around verandah which faces south west and gets a lot of wind, water and sun exposure. It has bubbled in some parts and may need replacing in parts and painting overall. Height above ground is approx 5.5 metres so ladders will be needed. I can provide a safety harness and anchor point. The house generally needs painting inside & out but we are not in position to afford it this year though could progress some of the work in stages. Would be keen to understand your interest in the immediate facia work and potential follow on work/stages. Time is not critical for us so we could fit in with other commitments you might have. Looking for a licenced builder (with no recorded strikes on gov't records please! that is a key requirement) We have a toppled floor-pillar made of brick in our apartment building under the sub-floor that needs solutioning/demo - just the one so not major, just causing vibrations with washing machine on wood floor. The building is circa mid-century red brick with plenty of room sub-floor for tradie access. Plumbing have fixed related earth shifting issue so now time to fix the related pillar move. Looking to understand cost and make-fix ideas.

Need to install a towel rail on the bathroom tile wall (8 screws) and maybe cover the previous drillings. Thank you.
