Fix Vertical Blinds – One Bedroom Window I have vertical blinds already installed on one bedroom window, but they are not sitting properly. I need someone to adjust and fix them so they hang and operate correctly.

Property is rented so I'll help to coordinate with property manager for access (internal & roof). Conditions I'll need please: - You have your own public liability insurance. - I need a tax invoice on completion. - Work must cause no damage to existing roof tiles. - Before and after photos required please. I am open to other ideas or methods to achieve the same result - refer to attached photos.
