We had a storm a few months ago and a tile came down and poked through the ceiling..we have done a rough patch job. Will need this fixed. Even if it means putting a smoke alarm detector in its place :) Damage is about 15 to 20cm.

Roof is currently experiencing water ingress during windy rain due to deteriorated gable ends and barge boards. This task is to complete a professional inspection and provide a quote which will ensure the scope prevents any future leaks in the roof. What I had as previous scope details for reference only if helpful: - Close in two gable ends (east and west) using weather-proof cladding. - Install new flashing at the gable-to-tile junctions, installed under lifted tiles with correct lap (no surface-mounting). - Seal all new cladding joints, edges, fixings and penetrations with exterior-grade polyurethane. - Paint the gable face/barge/fascia after the work – plain white colour. - Re-seal and paint barge boards/fascias. - Chimney: clean and reseal flashing/penetrations, including lifting tiles to inspect the under-tile soakers/back-tray; quote separately if re-flash is required. - Install 2 whirly-birds on the tiled roof to provide ventilation, including proper flashing and seal around base. Property is rented so I'll help to coordinate with property manager for access (internal & roof). Conditions I'll need please: - You have your own public liability insurance. - I need a tax invoice on completion. - Work must cause no damage to existing roof tiles. - Before and after photos required please. I am open to other ideas or methods to achieve the same result - refer to attached photos.

Hello I am enquiring for a quote on framing , insulation & gyprock in garage. Removing the roller shutter door & have French doors fitted. I would also like a wall built in the middle of the garage to create two spaces but leaving an opening for a sliding door to be installed to enter through the two areas. In one room have a large sliding window fitted too. I am located in Maddington 6109. I don't have any measurements sorry but I have attached a rough floor plan. Thank you.

Fix holes and cracks on cieling.

1) Aircon window unit is loose, needs to be fixed back to the wall. 2) kitchen door handle fell off, needs to be screwed back on.

I need two jobs completed: 1. Roller Shutter: The belt on my manual roller shutter has snapped and needs replacing. The shutter curtain itself is fine – only the belt needs to be fitted. 2. Side Gate/Door: My current side gate (arched, set between two brick walls) needs replacing. The timber panels are completely rotted, and the metal frame is rusted at the bottom. I need a new gate supplied and installed.
