My property at Jacobs Well is vacant and needs some maintenance jobs done prior to going on the market for sale. There are a range of outside jobs that would require a high ladder, cleaning broom, drill / screw gun and screws, nail gun, wheelbarrow, shovel, glass cutter and putty, etc. List of tasks below. Jobs are: - clean the carport roof - clean the top of the water tank - clean the leaf eaters - mulch the gardens - re-nail some stair balusters that have come loose to the bottom rail - fix / rehang the back fence aluminium gate - place a piece of glass in a casement window - glass to cut is already at the property - put some timber filler / touch up paint in a handrail on back deck. Collectively this may be no more than 1-2 days work, but hard for me to find the time with work / family to get there and do it myself. It's a two storey Queenslander style house on 800 square metres with carport and shed. In good condition (it's had an external paint since the included photo was taken) and these jobs are the finishing touches to make it presentable for sale.

Fix the already installed tarp and builders wrap in an under construction double storey house. Matetials will be provided. You need to have ladder, the stablers for pinning the wraps and should have a ute Please see the last image. This is required to make the wraps more stable.
