We have painted our old porch balustrades and need them to be reinstalled with Dyna bolts. There are four fences/balustrade to be put back on. The ground and poles that it will be bolted into are both cement. However, some of the areas there are old dyno bolts the cement so you will need to have a drill piece to drill through old bolts

Fix seal on garage door, rust-proof joins and relay timber where termites have eaten away. Small area, only 2 x sections of approximately 2m each

Patch up wooden door frame

Replacing a ceiling light in laundry. The wiring is old and too bulky for the new ceiling light, plus is also connected to a ventilator, so a safe extension to a less bulky solution needs to be made. Also, replacing an old ceiling ventilator with a new remote controlled one with a built in ceiling light.

The sliding door is not closing properly due to not aligning. The wheels have been checked and cannot be adjusted any further. It appears the house has moved a bit.
