I need a few off jobs done at my small studio space . Some wall edging, a front door handle removed and new installed, a premade wall cabinet and some shelves hung and a door hook.

I've bought an IKEA blind that I want to be able to pull down (with a rod) over the breezeway above one of my bedroom doorways to block out light. Loose door knob. I think the screws just need tightening but I don't know how to pull apart lock to access them.

Crimsafe sliding security door has come off tracks and needs to be reinstalled. It is a 2 door system - one door is still on the tracks and the other has come off the tracks. There is a lock to securely close the 2 doors, the lock appears to be jammed.

Replace broken blind chain in investment apartment. Heavy mirror (30kg) 1m x 2m needs to be secured to wall. Wall studs are 1250mm apart. Floor is slippery tile so self weighting and simply standing up will not work as it can slip. If suspending is not possible, okay to have sitting on floor but want as flush as possible. Tasker to include materials for fixing to wall. Hang 2 light paintings on same wall, photos attached.

Labour job: Length of the job will be maximum 90 minutes. Most likely be an hour or so. Job is repairing a dry dock on a pontoon in East Brisbane (4169) on brisbane river. You don’t need to bring any tools or necessarily need knowledge on what to do, as I have done this before. Your job is mainly to move, hold, turn and pull dry dock blocks, pins as instructed. Reasonably good strength and good balance is required. Basic knowledge in tools is required (ie: using a socket wrench and using a angle grinder) Job to be done Fri 1pm
