Need clothesline moved to the side because the posts of patio which was just put in are in the way. But clothesline legs seem to be concreted into ground. Need it out and moved by less than 2 feet to the side of where it currently is.

I need two 80cm floating shelves installed into a rendered double brick wall. I have the shelves but no screws or wall plugs.

Remove one, old torn fly screen. Install new fly screen in one window. I do not need a high quality fly screen installed. Not looking for a security screen. Just something that looks good and not old and torn.

I need to get my annual gutter clean done. Double story house. I'd also like to see if you can address the noisy dripping from the downpipes that continues for hours and hours after the rain stops. I have read many home solution ideas like hanging something like rope, chain or fibreglass fishing tape in the downpipe to reduce the dripping. Job would include ensuring it is not a debris issue and then installing something to stop the dripping.

I have an existing outdoor undercover light and have purchased a new ceiling fan with light, and remote, to replace it with. I also have a wall mounted light that I have purchased a dual flood light to replace it with. Existing (just light bulbs) in attached pictures.

Fix few small holes in the wall of a kitchen that I use to live.

Build frame in existing fireplace to raise height approx. 300mm so a log pan can sit on top. Sheet with fibre cement sheets including internals of current fire place. Shower screen needs repairing/replacing

Purchased one metre square rubber tiles from Bunnings and just needed them installed on a cement floor. Estimated area is 4 metres by 5 metres. No glueing required but cutting of 10mm rubber mats necessary.

3 100 x 50cm doors to be installed at top of wardrobe. No cutting of doors will likely be required, but ikea hinges to be fit on new spots on door. No handles need to be installed

Accidentally bought this curtain rod instead of a tension rod and since I trashed the packaging while opening it, we are stuck with it! 240cm space. Extendible curtain rod. Happy to hang the curtains myself. I have a drill, just not great at using it and afraid of hitting a pipe or something.

I have one eave that is looking a bit shabby and causes a crack in the fascia. I need it repaired. Doesn’t need to be perfect but at the moment it draws my eye to it.

Approx 40 subway tiles required to be laid to frame around the old brick on a fireplace. Tiles are 300x75 white to be laid in a running pattern with 50% offset. I have grout and tiles. Tiler will need to supply their own tools, glue and a black trim so the tile doesn’t chip away with the fireplace in front. Only quotes from licensed and experienced tilers will be considered.
