Not sure of budget. carpenter, cabinet maker, joiner to reinforce base of wardrobe (base is separate & wardrobe is disassembled). Can be done at my place or your premises. I intend to put castors on the base. I can do that myself or quote me for both. I purchased it sight unseen and already dismantled (a mistake) and it definitely has a few battle scars. I need it to be mobile as it will be storage in my backroom which has polished concrete floors, but due to it’s weight, even without anything in it, I need to go for semi-industrial swivel castors with brakes of 75 to 100mm. Underside of base needs to be modified (see photo) to accommodate 75mm castors.

Outside covered decking (approx 6.5 x 4.5) needs sanding and oiling, nails hammered back. Decking area around the pool needs a little more attention as quite weathered. Also a wooden poolside screen and pool equipment screen plus small front door deck.

New solid blockboard core external door or similar with insert of 20cm round stainglass (already made) + paint + fit door handle and lock. I already have stainglass insert. Front of door to be painted bollywood jade, back charcoal. Door currently on sale $259 at Doors Plus included in quote. I will buy paint and door handle+ lock. Door 107x183 cms approximately.

Total roughly 8m of butcher block kitchen bench top to be rejuvenated. Main bench is 6m x 60cm wide (with sinks and stovetop built in), side bench is 2m x 40cm wide.

I would like a kitchen island built for our apartments that has storage as well as space for 2-3 barstools. Potentially a stone top but could settle for wood too. We would like an extension that can flip out to accommodate extra people to sit around it. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, I’ve just had this barn door installed and they had to put in a new bit of wall for it, plus it took a few chips out of the ceiling and cornice during the install. So this needs patching, sanding and painting. I should have some of the paint lying around but I’ve no primer etc. Can you also please quote to stain the door itself?
