Have 3x window frames that are in very bad shape Would love to get them restored with epoxy/filler and back to functional please let me know if you would like more photos

Repair entire floor and 2 x stairs of kids cubby house. Repair involves removing all wood on floor inside and outside plus stairs and replacing with new. Stairs need to repaired to match as in photos. Supporting beams are not rotten so don’t need replacing. Job will require pre-treated and coated wood for outdoor use. Job does not include any supply of materials.

Have scraped majority of paint off the door frames. Need someone to sand back to get the rest of the paint off and get them ready for staining. There is 6 to do.

Install architraves around top and sides of bifold doors approx 5m wide. I have the timber architraves, they just need trimming for fitment and fitting.

Repair and affix pre-cut decking that has been installed without spacers and has buckled planks and detached some joins. Allow for spacers in sections or all of decking to prevent buckling and to attach and secure non joined wood (nails detached). Also install a pre purchased wooden step to existing decking for side access.

Need to remove wasp nest stains from my balcony and window frame corner outdoors. Two areas need a ladder as they are on level two. Rest of the stains are all around ground floor levelwindow frames and one eves area. Need stains completely removed. Walls are rendered. There are around 27 spots just in the corner of the window.
