We are seeking quotes for the below works to our property. Our deck is divided into two parts, a tiny front entrance and a back area. The front needs to be painted and the back repainted with repairs. The pillars and window frames around the home need to be painted in the same colour.

Need a painter to do two coats of paint for balcony, railings, balustrades, staircase and gate, lattice. Balcony size is approx 11 metres by 3 metres. See photos. Painter to supply all painting equipment. We can provide the paint.

Sliding fly screen is too large, is it possible to cut down the frame so it’s short enough to fit inside the sliding frame? Door is 2145x900 but needs to be approx 2030mm high (will need you to measure properly on site)
