Hi, I have a ceiling fan i need installed in my apartment. This fan has an integrated linght and will be installed in place of an existing light so wiring is already there. It's remote controlled so no need to install a fan control panel. the current light is mounted into concrete. The first image is the existing light with the shade on. the other 2 pictures are the existing fitting to be removed and replaced with the fan with the covering off. Tasks: • Hang 4–5 picture frames on the wall • Install one curtain rod I have the screws and wall plugs, but you will need to bring your own drill (for a concrete wall)and tools. It should be a straight forward job and I expect it would take around 30 minutes. Thanks

Purchased 5 minute blinds. Need handyman with cordless drill, Phillips head drill bit (PH2 size), A pencil, 3mm drill bit to install them. x1 sheer and x1 roller blinds. Install details are on their website. going into giprock, however it is giprock and then metal about 5mm in so you will need a metal drill piece and also 10mm wall anchors. Should take 45 mins max. We have done one already but it’s proved a bit difficult, if possible might see if you can also reposition the one we put up as it’s not the best job. Ideally someone with a lot of experience in this!

Hi there, I'm looking for a professional or experienced handyman to refresh the awning of my third floor balcony. Dims of area: Approx 764cm long x 100cm at the widest part. Height around 2.5m She's looking a little tired with cracked old paint (attached photo of the worst part), assume it will need a good sanding down then a fresh coat of white paint. There is some rot (?) to the wood at the edges so I'm open to hear how you might tackle this. It doesn't have to be perfect, just tidy - so if i can get away with not replacing these parts of wood that would be great! We do have a small cat enclosure beneath part of the area, could remove the roof of this for access if needed. Must have insurances and safety equipment if necessary.
