Require the following repairs 1) Supply and install a new door stop. I think door stop itself is less than $5 at Bunnings. 2) Repair the damaged wall behind the wall including patching and sanding the affected area 3) Repair the damaged fly screen including replacement of mesh and securing to the existing frame where required.

I have one window in my house that is missing its fly screen. The existing window has the grooves/tracks for a fly screen, but the actual removable aluminium fly screen frame and mesh are missing. I’m looking for someone experienced in fly screen fabrication or window fly screen installation to: * Measure the existing window and check the existing grooves/tracks. * Supply and build a new aluminium fly screen frame with suitable insect mesh. * Ensure the new screen is made to fit the existing window opening. * Install the completed fly screen into the existing grooves/tracks. * Ensure it fits securely and can be removed when needed, like the other fly screens in the house. The wall has a large hole in the centre (approximately 25–30 cm wide) along with multiple cracks, dents, and torn plasterboard around the surrounding area. The damaged section will likely need to be patched or replaced, then plastered, sanded, and painted. Please provide a quote that includes all labour and materials. We have an internal door handle and want to replace it with a key lock handle. We need the hole to be bigger in order to fit the new handle and the new handle installed.

Would love someone experienced to put up two curtain rods in a rental property. We have been given permission to do so, but would rather have it done properly. We would like the rod brackets to be placed high on the plasterboard.

The flyscreen on the rear sliding door has come loose and is also damaged. We would like someone to help replace the flyscreen.
