Hello. I don’t have many relevant images at the moment, but this is a picture of the front of the location. There are a series of posts in the ground to the left and right of the main entrance, and a wooden gazebo structure in front of the entrance, which all need some TLC. There are also several raised garden beds, tree surrounds and other wooden elements that will need treatment. We have previously used a 2-coat raw linseed oil/turpentine mix (50/50) application standard and would like to continue with this. Please also quote for outside of operational hours work, as doing most of this would be problematic with children, staff, and parents on site. We are open from 6:30AM to 6:PM Monday – Friday. I would be looking to examine and approve any quote fairly quickly, as I would like to progress this work here and at our other sites before the heat of the year kicks in. I have a location in North Perth, North Fremantle, Attadale and Nedlands that also have various amounts of wooden structures that need attention too, should the quote be acceptable.

Repairs of a kitchen cabinet and chairs

I need a small wall section built and finished in my home in Perth. The space is approx. 1.5 m wide × 2.4 m high, with single brick walls on either side. There’s a gap between the existing walls with no surface to fix to, so framing (timber or metal studs) will be required before Gyprock installation. The job involves building a stud frame inside the gap, fixing Gyprock sheets (around 3.6 m²), then flushing, plastering, and blending into the surrounding wall and cornice for a smooth finish. Materials and labour should be included in the quote. No electrical or plumbing involved — just framing, lining, and plaster finish. Size: approx~3.6 m². Finish: Smooth plaster blend into surrounds. Timing: Flexible, sooner preferred

The radiator and the sway bars of my Kia Carnival VQ (2006) need to be replaced. I have organised the parts (radiator and sway bars) already.

Hi, I need help adjusting and fixing my mirrored doors. The doors are slightly bigger than doors and there is a visible gap. I’m not sure if they need to be cut/trimmed or if an additional mirrored panel/strip is required, but I’d like the gap to be properly aligned and finished. Could you please come out, assess the best option and fix it? Please let me know availability and approximate cost.

I need someone to repair my VW tiguan 2010 ignition lock mechanism

See circled area in red located next to my front door. I’ve had two air taskers try to fix this so far but it hasn’t been successful either time. Area has cracked back open quite quickly. I need someone who knows what they are doing with walls.

Repair the kitchen sink tap leak. This is a recurring job; the last repair in January 2024 involved replacing the 12mm nylon tap valves (hot and cold).

My aircon is showing up with an error 6 red flashes. For 6 flashes (red), it usually means: • Indoor heat exchanger thermistor error (the sensor that detects the indoor coil’s temperature is faulty, loose, or reading incorrectly). • Sometimes it can also indicate communication error between indoor and outdoor units depending on the exact Fujitsu model. I have reset the system, but I think it may need a clean? Unsure. Please help. 🙂

I have patched both areas myself a few times but they open up again and never seem to fully harden/stick. I have only used standard spakfilla. Need someone who knows what they are doing to make it last and look nice. The door opens up if the wind causes it to slam. The wall is where I had a cable cover and when it came off it took the plaster too.

Need 3 garden beds to be weeded and if possible a cracked pipe in the reticulation to be fixed.
