I need large piece of gyprock to be re-stuck to a brick wall (it was removed to inspect some water damage). Another new section is needed below the original piece. The missing section is about 600 x 600 mm. See photo below .

The cupboard door of our sideboard has fallen off. The holes it has been screwed into inside have worn away, so will need something to reinforce them (both top and bottom) The hinges on the door still function.

Toilet seat on our Pasini - nahm toilet has come loose. One of the attachment hinges is broken (can see broken piece in photos). Though one of the hinges is still good, would like whoever does the job to replace both hinges, 2nd one looks like it could do with change (+10 years old). Job involved replacing both hinges for toilet seat to attach to new hinges

I just bought bought Zodiac Titan 40 mm Multiport Valve Top Assembly (part W378980) BUT it has male adapters vs the old one that has female adapters (or the other way). So need some help connecting up the new part.if that doesn’t fix the problem of the pool draining I’ll need some more help (paid of course). Thanks

The rear gate closes, but doesn't latch properly and is a security risk. The gate is made of wood which swells and contracts with temperature changes.

Plaster\ Gyprock Repairs. the ceiling has come loose from wall and buckled in other part due to curtains not being attached to correct joists. job will involve adding joist if necessary, re attaching celling where become loosened , re attaching curtains and potentially repainting

I am moving into a new flat in Clovelly and need to get my stuff unpacked quite quickly, so would like some help with a few tasks on Wednesday to speed up the unpacking process, including: - Partial reassembly of 4 Billy bookcases with glass doors - my main bookcase frames are already put together and the hinges are already on the glass doors, but the 8 glass doors require reattaching to the bookcase, 4 extension hutches require reattaching, and 8 matching extension doors. The bookcases themselves also need to be securely mounted to the wall with a bracket and wallplug. The wall is concrete so will require a wall plug and masonry drill to securely mount. (I imagine this task should take around 1hr in total; I will need you to bring your own stepladder, masonry drill and wall plugs please). - Assistance unpacking boxes of books and other household items (around 2.5 hours) - Assistance breaking down cardboard boxes, and removing/disposing of boxes and other packing materials like couch/chair covers, bubble wrap etc- there are probably around 50 boxes that will need getting rid of. (I think this might take half an hour or 45 minutes; there are 3 flights of stairs that everything will need to be taken down). All in all I think I would like around 4 to 4 1/2 hrs of help. Open to either having one person help that length of time, or two people for around 2 1/2 hours.

The window hinges are rusted and need replacing and installing.
