Find an experienced handyman in Cardiff Heights

Needing a carpenter or handyman to replace a door barrel / handle on an internal door, with same type (but with a lock).

I have ordered a small kaboodle laundry an would like my current laundry removed and the new one installed Please see photo of planned new laundry

See attached pic. The lower edge of the external window frame broke off (old and rot) and needs replacing.

Install Milkcan Letter box out the front of house, a small amount of digging to level the area will be required

Straightforward job, max a few hrs. 3sqm gyprock repair. Materials all sourced and on site and ready to go. Would suit handyman with carpentry and gyprock experience up for a few hrs work. See pic of the day wall. It's a replacement job of some previously water damaged gyprock. Might be some minor timber work to be repaired too but happy to discuss that on site.

Small L shaped basement Reno, walls, electrics and sheeting currently being done so all but ready for Gyprocker. Would be ideal if you can come and look at the site on Tuesday. With potential start date the following week if all is aligned and agreed. Let's agree on price. Open to offers.
