3 heated towel rails need to be reinstalled as the original ones have detached from the wall (wires have snatched off and no longer working). New rails are identical to the ones in the picture as they have been replaced under warranty. New rails will need to be rewired into the predrilled holes so electrical experience is necessary. Additionally, 2 heated towel rails in the kids bathroom are still working but needs to be reinforced as they are becoming loose.

Privacy screen in the balcony on first floor has come off the pillar on the right and is loose at the other end (wall). It needs to be screwed in and attached to the on both sides properly. The screen and pillar are both metallic (aluminium).
