Rats have chewed threw a corner of a door frame in an unusual stair case. Tried blocking it with expanding foam but they ate straight through it. Need something solid installed to Block it. About 5cm by 5cm.

I accidentally dropped an avocado seed into my kitchen sink. Water is still draining, but the seed seems to be stuck in the pipe — the water comes back up after a few minutes. Need someone to remove it safely from the drain/trap.

ceiling fan and light stopped working after a "pop" made the electrical board switch off If it can be repaired that would be great. Otherwise I have a replacement one. Also, take a look at one of the other ceiling fans - the light cannot be turned off
More than happy with David's work. He was very patient - I had bought the wrong type of replacement fan (one without a light) and he waited while I went to the store to get the correct one. Highly recommend for his professionalism.
