Find an experienced handyman in Bowen Hills

My art installer is not responding ahead of a busy bart fair booth install! I'm looking for a handy art installer to help me, and my assistant, hang at least 20 paintings in our art fair booth. We will start at 5pm, and out of the venue by 10. There will be the unpack and then laying out of paintings, which I have ready to hang on wires. The bump in itself is fairly busy, and so I need someone with experience and happy to work efficiently. Thanks! Images are of our previous hangs.

Need 3 offices (2.5m x 2.5m each) painted white. There are a few picture hook frames that also will need to be patched. Each office only has three walls as the fourth wall is glass. The ceiling is floating tiles so don’t need the ceiling painted.

We require support with the installation of a wall-mounted clothesline. We do not currently possess a hammer drill.

Looking for a helper, ideally experienced with art installation to handle the install for the Affordable Art Fair, must be quick and efficient as it is a high volume, and a lot of paintings to move and hang in the hours provided. This requires a good working knowledge of how to drill accurately and some experience in hanging paintings. We will unload, and map out the hang (20 or so paintings) and get as much done as possible in the hours of 5pm-9pm.

I've got a Clipsal ACES48 ceiling fan with A Ventair VCLS/VCLW lighting kit that I have manage to unscrew unintentionally while trying to remove the lighting housing to inspect/replace the bulb. I need someone to correct this (and show me how to change the bulb in it..) I also have an older (separate to the above) style ceiling light that I would like replaced with an LED fitting (I have the replacement light as it was removed from another fixture in my apartment when installing another, different ceiling fan)

Two ceiling fans need to be taken down & replaced with new fans. I can buy the fans you will need to be an electrician & bring a step ladder. Existing white ceiling fan with light changed to a fan with oak blades & light.

I'm looking for a qualified electrician to install two ceiling fans with lights - one internally in a lounge room, and one externally on a balcony. Both fans will be hung replacing pre-existing ceiling lights. Are you able to install one curtain rod over a standard sliding glass door. Already marked out where brackets need to go. Will require a power drill (BYO). We have a step ladder that you could use. Ideally tonight or tomorrow morning before 9am would be great

Installation of cat netting on to the balcony, this needs to be connected to the wall. All materials will be supplied per box, but you'll need tools. Preferably over the weekend but im flexible.

Looking for a QUOTE! Bedroom windows were replaced. Some damaged gyprock around windows to be replaced. Corner of ceiling has a small patch of water damage. Dining room gyprock ceiling has water damage.
