Find an experienced handyman in Benowa

I have a 4 year old kitchen & bathroom. Majority of the cupboards are self closing but a number of them require adjustment as they are difficult to open and close. The company that installed them say they are too busy to fix them (we purchased the house renovated so have no warranty with them). Need someone to adjust and fix the cabinets - so need cabinet making experience especially with self closing ones

Our door is sticky and closes loudly. Needs re-hanging.

Door was kicked in which has split some of the anchor points looking to repair and patch it back to standard will require a qualified licensed repairer with an invoice for Landlord to be satisfied as we are renting I have put a metal plate for now to allow us to lock the door safely. It will need to be removed and patched or replaced.

The task involves fixing the stitching on a boat seat that is coming off Located Benowa but I can drop off the seat

“Decorative rendered blue board box”, not structural, under the balcony has detached from one side and needs to be rectified. I’ve had the same situation under my other balcony and we found that water had gotten in over time and the timber framing rotted which meant nails attaching the rendered blue-board to the frame came out and the box fell down. This time it has not fallen off so will need to be taken down and the rotten part of the frame is to be replaced. Hopefully we can see where the water us coming in. see photos, including the first one showing what it originally looked like

I am in Benowa, Gold Coast. Window leaks badly when the rain strikes it directly. Had the window sill replaced recently and during heavy cyclone rain after that a lot of water is coming inside the house from the middle and along the right hand side of the window. I have tried to determine where the water may be getting in by using a hose and it only happens when I wet the top of the sill area so definitely not from the roof. I also confirmed its not coming in thru the weep holes as the “channel” inside was dry

Our ceiling fan it’s not spinning anymore. Everything else is working like the ceiling lights and the other ceiling fan. It’s just this one which has stopped. We are located in Benowa

Looking for a general maintenance guy. Need small things done around the house eg chances light globe, put up 2 small shelves to the wall and make a few holes in wall so I can attach my projector to the wall. Hi there I need a small sapling tree cut out of a flower bed. I need this removed and garden bed weeded and leaves from floor removed. I also need a door handle reattached as it has come loose.
