A small metal roof that has a dented corner that needs repairing.

Front gate lock (built into the handle) and latch no longer hold. The gate and frame are all metal. I need tge lock and latch repaired.

Install 3 x 600mm Kaboodle overhead cupboards, add hinges, doors and 2 side panels

Install new kitchen sink in existing kitchen. Remove old (circular) sink, cut new hole, and install new (rectangle) sink & tap.

I have a clinic with a metal door frame and glass panels. A few of the hinges needs the rivets replaced so the door sits correctly in the frame. I believe the hinges also need to have some type of flashing installed between the hinge and the door frame, so they sit correctly on the frame and the door seals correctly. At present the hinges are loose so the door hangs a few mm and 'bangs' when it closes. See images attached.
