I have 2x damaged tiles that need replacing. However, where they are it seems to be quite hollow behind. Ideally I’d like this built up so the tiles fit better.

I have a clinic with a metal door frame and glass panels. A few of the hinges needs the rivets replaced so the door sits correctly in the frame. I believe the hinges also need to have some type of flashing installed between the hinge and the door frame, so they sit correctly on the frame and the door seals correctly. At present the hinges are loose so the door hangs a few mm and 'bangs' when it closes. See images attached.
