Hi, I need the old toilet seat removed and then will go with to Bunnings to purchase new one ( unless you can instruct me what to buy based on measurements and images) and then need to attach it. Also need an old soap holder removed from wall in shower. It’s rusted so could be tricky. Need to buy new fixture at Bunnings that fits exactly and need it to be installed. Again can accompany you to Bunnings to purchase new fixture or if you can work out exact dimensions I can purchase before.

We're now looking for someone to: Identify a suitable replacement handset compatible with our building’s existing audio intercom system (no video functionality required). Install and test the new handset, ensuring we can speak with visitors at the building entrance and buzz them in / unlock the main door. My light has gone out, replacement of light bulb required. Its a hunter pacific ceiling fan light, model FX. Easy straightforward job, if you know how to remove the glass dome.

Retaining wall has been recently painted. Three decorative screens (plastic) were previously on this same wall and were removed for the new paint job. Some holes exist but some have been covered with paint / difficult to find. Job requires installing the 4 decorative screens (2 large, 2 small) - screws and Alan key provided. It is possible a drill may be needed but keep in mind original holes should be there.
