Hi, I need the old toilet seat removed and then will go with to Bunnings to purchase new one ( unless you can instruct me what to buy based on measurements and images) and then need to attach it. Also need an old soap holder removed from wall in shower. It’s rusted so could be tricky. Need to buy new fixture at Bunnings that fits exactly and need it to be installed. Again can accompany you to Bunnings to purchase new fixture or if you can work out exact dimensions I can purchase before.

I need a handyman for several tasks around the home including - clearing water and leaves from pit - clearing leaves and weeding back garden - power hosing back tiles, front steps and balcony x2 - increasing water pressure on toilets x4 - installing shower hose - gyprocking a hole in the wall - glueing door handle Looking for someone for above tasks but then longer term handyman work whenever necessary. Happy for hourly rate ($50/hr) or fixed rate ($350) to complete all the above tasks.

We recently had our apartment kitchen renovated, and during the process the old intercom handset was disconnected and removed. We're now looking for someone to: Identify a suitable replacement handset compatible with our building’s existing audio intercom system (no video functionality required). Install and test the new handset, ensuring we can speak with visitors at the building entrance and buzz them in / unlock the main door. Additional info: - The building already has a functioning intercom infrastructure. - We only need the handset inside the apartment replaced and connected. - No additional wiring should be necessary I've included pictures of the wiring, old handset and main building system. Budget given is for labour only. Will also pay for handset costs.

We need a few furniture items fixed to the walls for safety (we have an infant). Specifically we need to - fix the tv to the wall, tv unit to the wall, chest of drawers to the wall, freestanding mirror to the wall, two bed side tables to the walls. The walls are masonry. I have the relevant fixtures and wall plugs (see pics) however you will need to supply the drill and relevant masonry drill bits to fit the screws. I need to replace my current bedroom door. I have bought a new MDF door from Bunnings. It just needs to be fitted (cut, and hinges attached). You can use the old hinges, but happy to buy new ones if that’s easier.

My light has gone out, replacement of light bulb required. Its a hunter pacific ceiling fan light, model FX. Easy straightforward job, if you know how to remove the glass dome.

Retaining wall has been recently painted. Three decorative screens (plastic) were previously on this same wall and were removed for the new paint job. Some holes exist but some have been covered with paint / difficult to find. Job requires installing the 4 decorative screens (2 large, 2 small) - screws and Alan key provided. It is possible a drill may be needed but keep in mind original holes should be there.
