I need a handyman for several tasks around the home including - clearing water and leaves from pit - clearing leaves and weeding back garden - power hosing back tiles, front steps and balcony x2 - increasing water pressure on toilets x4 - installing shower head - gyprocking a hole in the wall Looking for someone for above tasks but then longer term handyman work whenever necessary. Happy for hourly rate ($50/hr) or fixed rate ($350) to complete all the above tasks.

Small courtyard in Bellevue Hills required the hedge to be trimmed and courtyard to be swept/tidied. There is also a small plastic barrier that runs under the fence which has come loose and has a hole in it and needs to be patched up and tightened, ideally also increased in height (as dog keeps jumping over the barrier and escaping) Also light bulbs need to be replaced. Hi, I need the old toilet seat removed and then will go with to Bunnings to purchase new one ( unless you can instruct me what to buy based on measurements and images) and then need to attach it. Also need an old soap holder removed from wall in shower. It’s rusted so could be tricky. Need to buy new fixture at Bunnings that fits exactly and need it to be installed. Again can accompany you to Bunnings to purchase new fixture or if you can work out exact dimensions I can purchase before.
